Criticism of the head teacher of a school in Tibro Municipality for violating an employee’s freedom of expression

However, according to the Chief Parliamentary Ombudsman, in this case there was reason for the employee to construe the head teacher’s action as an attempt to hinder the exercise of her constitutional freedom of expression. The head teacher is criticised for this.
