Uppsala University Hospital is severely criticised for providing incorrect information about a patient in documents provided to a court
In reports and applications to the administrative court over a period of several years, several different medical directors at Uppsala University Hospital have provided information that concerned someone else than the patient. The Chief Parliamentary Ombudsman takes an extremely serious view of the fact that incorrect information has been part of the basis for decision-making on issues relating to the compulsory treatment of patients. The hospital is severely criticised for this.
